Thank you for your prompt reply. I am creating a Tyree family web site and would like to upload the text of certain historical material related to my Tyree family. I have been given newspaper clippings from a number of sources. Several of them are from the "Beckley Post-Herald." Unfortunately, not all of them have dates. I would like to request permission to upload the text of the following articles, with appropriate credit to the author and to your publication.

(1) "Tyree Ancestry," Yesterday and Today by Shirley Donnelly, December 19th & 20th, 1963.

(2) "Old State Road Long Abandoned," Yesterday and Today by Shirley Donnelly, March 15, 1966.

(3) "Civil War Saw Looting, Killing in Area," Yesterday and Today by Shirley Donnelly, date missing.

(4) "1818 Deed to Area Property Revealed," Yesterday and Today by Shirley Donnelly, date missing.

(5) "New Years Fire Guts Old Stone House," by Pauline Haga, January, 1996. This clipping is missing the date and the newspaper's name, but I assume it is from the Register-Herald. I was assured by the person who sent it to me that it was published in January of 1996.
